Canada’s new $10 bank note is coming soon. Is your business ready?
The vertical $10 note, unveiled in March 2018, is entering circulation late this year. This new $10 will be rolled out gradually and will circulate alongside the other $10 bank notes already in circulation.
The Bank of Canada is working with bank note equipment manufacturers to minimize the impact on the cash-handling industry. Manufacturers can visit

Cash-handling machine owners should contact their equipment supplier with any
questions about machine compatibility.
